News trading, account limits, consistency, daily loss limit, drawdown type and payout timing are the same summary values our firm pages show (rules data dated Sep 24, 2026). Overnight holding, copy trading and bots carry the exact words they were taken from, with the official URL and the date we read them. A rule can differ by plan and by stage (evaluation, funded, live): open the firm page for the plan you want. Partner status plays no part. Spotted an outdated rule? Which futures prop firms let you hold positions overnight?

In our data, overnight holding is allowed (fully or with conditions) at Elite Trader Funding, Phidias Propfirm. These firms require you to be flat before the daily close: My Funded Futures, Lucid Trading, FundedNext Futures, Apex Trader Funding, Top One Futures, Take Profit Trader, Topstep, Alpha Futures, Bulenox, TradeDay, Earn2Trade. Firms marked "Not verified" have no value from their own pages in our data yet.

Which futures prop firms allow news trading?

Allowed at every stage in our data: FundedNext Futures, Apex Trader Funding, Funded Futures Family, Topstep, Bulenox, Elite Trader Funding, Earn2Trade, Phidias Propfirm. Allowed with conditions (for example restricted on funded accounts or around tier-1 releases): My Funded Futures, Lucid Trading, Top One Futures, Take Profit Trader, Alpha Futures, TradeDay.

Which futures prop firms allow bots or EAs?

Allowed: Lucid Trading, FundedNext Futures. With conditions: My Funded Futures, Topstep, Bulenox, Elite Trader Funding, TradeDay, Phidias Propfirm. Not allowed: Apex Trader Funding, Funded Futures Family, Top One Futures, Take Profit Trader, Alpha Futures. Rules against high-frequency trading and latency abuse apply even where automation is allowed.

Which futures prop firms have no daily loss limit?

Firms whose summary lists no daily loss limit: My Funded Futures, Funded Futures Family, Take Profit Trader, Bulenox, Elite Trader Funding, TradeDay, Phidias Propfirm. Several firms use a daily limit only on some plans or as an add-on; open the firm page for each plan.

Why do some cells say "Not verified"?

We only show a rule we found on the firm's own pages or in our reviewed rules data, with its source and check date (hover or tap a value). 4 of 126 cells have no verified value yet, and we never fill them by guessing.
