Prop Firm Scout (getpropfirmscout.com) is an independent information and comparison site. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Information on the site

Data is collected from each firm's official website, help center and announcements, with a source and check date for each value. Errors or delays are possible. The firm's own terms at the time of purchase always prevail.

3. Not advice

Nothing on this site – including calculators, the simulator, the quiz and comparisons – is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs, not promises.

4. Affiliate links and codes

5. Liability

We are not responsible for trading decisions, purchases from firms, losses, changes to firms' terms or their service. Any agreement is between you and the firm.

6. Acceptable use

Personal use is allowed. Do not bulk-copy the data, run automated scraping that loads the site, or present the content as your own. Our widget may be embedded as described on its page.
