Is the date when the firm made the change?
It is the day our records show the change. A firm may have changed a price or rule earlier, between two of our checks.
Why is a rule change missing?
We list a rule change only after an official rule page changed and we reviewed the change. Rule pages are checked weekly since Oct 1, 2026; a page that blocks our checks cannot produce an update.
