Restrictions and fine print
Going Live
15 Performance Rewards ג‡’ review pool; after a previous Live run, every 5 Rewards. Up to 5 live accounts. Real-money starting balance: $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500. 100% of the first $5,000 then 90/10, daily payouts from $100. Evals close without refund; funded accounts with no payouts get refunded. Breach = 2-week cooldown (reckless: 4+ weeks). Live traders pay professional data fees.
News
No restrictions on any plan or stage.
Bots
EAs and bots allowed (no tech support). No latency abuse, order flooding or arbitrage.
Hours
Exchange hours only; no overnight or weekend holds ג€” auto-flatten may count as a violation.
Breaches
Soft: exceeding contracts/hours ג€” trades or profit voided. Hard: hitting MLL/DLL ג€” closed, no refund. MLL trails once a day but kills in real time, including floating losses.
CME 2% rule
Don't hold more than 2% of a contract's open interest.
Micro-scalping
Trades under 10 seconds. 30% of profit = warning; 40%+ = eval progress frozen or funded cycle profit removed.
Copy trading / DCA
Copying between your own accounts is fine; group trading isn't. DCA OK within contract limits.
Inactivity
30 days with no trade ג‡’ locked at 4:01 PM CT.
KYC & countries
