Restrictions and fine print
Maximum Loss Limit
EOD trailing on every account, calculated on the end-of-day balance high; stops trailing at the starting balance. Breached on floating or closed equity. A payout doesn't move the MLL.
Daily Loss Guard
Soft breach: positions flattened and the account locked until 6 PM ET. Includes realized and unrealized P&L plus commissions.
Payouts
Up to 4 per month; 50% of profit per request up to the cap; the trader gets 90% of the request. Processed within 48 business hours (Alpha reports five business days or less). ACH, wire/SWIFT, Wise or Rise.
Hours & products
Trading day 6 PMג€“5 PM ET; flat by 4:20 PM ET (auto-closed if not). CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX. MBT and MET count as full minis.
News
Evals: no restrictions. Advanced Qualified: none. Zero/Standard/Direct Qualified: hold through news, but no orders 2 min before/after red-folder events. First violation = warning; repeat = breach.
Prohibited
Bots/AI/full automation (semi-auto signals OK if you place trades yourself); 100+ trades a day; all-or-nothing sizing; order-book spamming; tick scalping (<10 ticks and <2 min as a pattern); account rolling/stacking; hedging across or within accounts; group trading; VPN (VPS OK).
Copy trading
Allowed across your own accounts; group and reverse trading banned.
2% price-limit rule
No trading within 2% of a CME price limit (equity overnight limit 7% ג†’ stop at ֲ±5%).
Inactivity
Trade at least once every 10 trading days.
Billing & resets
Evals rebill monthly until you pass or cancel; a failed eval is reset on rebill. Billing once qualified is unclear: the help center says qualified traders pay no subscription, while the plan pages show the same monthly price after qualifying ג€” confirm at checkout. Qualified resets: Zero & Standard only, 2 per account, within 7 days, if never requested a payout.
Live & Alpha Prime
Reviewed after 5 payouts on one account or strong performance. Live accounts start at $0 with EOD drawdown $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500, contracts double once the MLL reaches $0. Choose Live Program (80% split, daily uncapped payouts) or Alpha Prime (60% split + 12-month salary from 50% of sim profit, max $75,000; London trading floor). Live cooldown up to 3 months.
KYC & countries
Veriff KYC before contract (no VPN). Contract must be signed within 30 days of passing. Not available in ~60 restricted countries.
